Lead By Dharma — AI SSB Personal Interview

AI Simulation — not a real interview. This is an AI-powered practice tool. The interviewer is a simulated AI persona based on Col Aniruddha Rao HR (Retd.) — it is not Col Rao himself. This tool is designed to help you practice Personal Interview skills in a realistic, demanding environment. The assessment it generates is indicative only and does not predict actual SSB outcomes. Not affiliated with SSB, MoD, or the Indian Armed Forces. All responses are processed via the Anthropic API and are subject to Anthropic's privacy policy. © 2026 Lead By Dharma · leadbydharma.com

The IO will probe these. Be honest — vague answers are easy to expose.

Write your honest answer. The AI will probe this and test its authenticity.
